Terms and conditions for booking our training courses
How to book
Please complete and submit your completed booking form on the website and we will confirm your booking and place by email.
If the course you want to attend is full, please register with us on the website and we will send you new dates as they become available.
You can book for yourself and/or a number of delegates from your company if you wish.
Course times
All courses start at 0930 and run to 1730 unless stated otherwise. Prices include refreshments, lunch and all course materials. Please tell us about any special dietary needs when you book – thank you.
You will need to arrange your own travel and accommodation: this is not included in the price of the course.
Venues/locations
We run courses at good-quality locations and venues and we will give you full location information, maps etc once we receive and confirm your booking.
How to pay
All course fees are payable as soon as we confirm your place.
You can pay with a cheque, payable to Genicity Partners Limited. Please make sure you have used the VAT-inclusive amount.

You can ask us to invoice you/your company. To do this, please give us a Purchase Order number at the time you make your booking. You or your company’s finance department will need to pay this invoice immediately so that we can continue to hold your place.

You can pay by bank transfer (eg BACS). Our account details are:

Please use your name as a ‘reference’ if you use BACS so that we can match the transfer to your booking. Thank you.
Cancellation and refunds
If we need to cancel …
If a course is under-subscribed we may decide to cancel or postpone it. In that case we will tell you at least 7 days before the course date and arrange to refund your money in full. We’ll arrange new dates and contact you to see if these are suitable. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses arising from cancellations or changes, beyond the return of your course fees.
If you need to cancel …
Refunds can be made for cancellations made (and confirmed by us) via email or in writing up to one month before the course start date, but we reserve the right to deduct 10% towards our administration costs.
For cancellations 28 to 22 calendar days prior to the course we will give 50% refunds.
For cancellations 21 to 15 calendar days prior to the course we will give 25% refunds.
We will not give any refunds for cancellations made 14 calendar days or less before the course start date.
Copyright and intellectual property
You, the customer, acknowledge that all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in any materials related to or used in The Change Curve training courses remain the sole property of Genicity Partners Ltd/The Change Curve.
Consent to use your personal information
For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you (the customer) acknowledge that by registering with us and using our services, certain information or data about you will be captured electronically or otherwise. You agree that we may use, store, or process such information or data so that we can provide our courses, training or related products and services to you or update you about our other services from time to time.
Privacy Policy
You may change the information we store about you at any time by emailing us at info@thechangecurve.com. You may choose whether you wish to receive additional information from us.
We might use cookies on our web site to track user preferences. No personal information is stored in the cookies and only Genicity Partners and The Change Curve or our representatives will access these cookies.
We do not allow any third parties to place cookies or collect other information through our website. We will only share information with third parties engaged exclusively in the activity of marketing our products and services. Information will not be shared with any third party dealing in any other product or service, unless we are complying with a subpoena or court order.
